stuck with following https://zenodo.org/record/11982/files/CERN_openlab_Luca_Tartarini.pdf

when i tried, python ecp.py -d testshib https://Centos-SAML:5000/v3/OSFEDERATION/identity_providers/testshib/protocols/saml2/auth myself
im getting
