You might as well hold off since 
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/190289/ is breaking devstack with a DB2 
backend since the nova changes aren't there yet to run the new nova_api 
DB migrations with a DB2 backend.

I'll have to fold that into https://review.openstack.org/#/c/69047/ once 
I figure out why it's busted.
