[openstack-dev] [Fuel] Getting rid of launchpad group fuel-astute

Hi,

Agree, most of the python developers are familiar with Astute.
But at the same time it can look strange when we assign Astute (which is
written in Ruby)
bugs to the group which is called fuel-python :)
