Open Stack

Hello Jake,

Main thing, that should be mentioned, is that blueprint has no assignee.
Also, It is created long time ago without any activity after it.
I did not hear any intentions about it, moreover did not see some, at
least, drafts.

So, I guess, it is open for volunteers.
