The Oslo team is pleased to announce the release of
oslo.concurrency 1.4.1: oslo.concurrency library

This release reverts a patch which introduced a regression
in oslo_concurrency.processutils.execute().

Although the previous release was 0.4.0, this release
has a whole extra version number, just for you. Enjoy.
