The Oslo team is pleased to announce the release of
oslo.concurrency 0.4.0: oslo.concurrency library

This release removes the use of ConfigFilter when accessing
configuration options, making it possible for applications
to set defaults for the lock path option that refer to other
option values.

This version also adds a new context manager for detecting
long-running operations and logging when they take longer
than expected. See oslo_concurrency.watchdog.
