We have a approximately 10 BPs for Kilo-3 [1] which do not have any code proposed for review yet. If you're assigned to a BP in this category, I encourage you to work to submit your code in the coming week. Waiting until the Feature Proposal Freeze (FPF) on March 5 [2] to propose your code will put extra stress not only on reviewers but also on you as the submitter. Getting your code pushed out earlier, even if it's WIP, will allow people to have a look at it sooner and help in the iterative review process. Thanks!
