Sylvain,

in fact we just used the same practice LDT team is having - they do have
their meeting on openstack-operators channel, for instance. We were
choosing the time slot available for different people from different
company, due to the Doodle vote it was chosen 15:00 UTC Tuesdays (and as
you can see it's pretty busy slot on the official channels). And although
we're moving the meeting +1 hour, it's still busy because it's comfortable
time for almost all US and European folks at the same time. Therefore we're
just continuing to use Large Deployment Team's practice, as its sub team in
fact.

Although, if there will be a wish from contributors to move to some
official channel, we can do that as well.
