Just an update, we've merged the changes to drop the novaclient.v1_1 
module and the change to drop py26 support.

We're waiting on https://review.openstack.org/#/c/245200/ which should 
be ready next week.

So that means we hope to release python-novaclient 3.0 next week sometime.
