Igor,

BTW, Fuel UI is Javascript CTI
<https://github.com/openstack/governance/blob/master/reference/cti/javascript-cti.rst>-compliant,
so we can also start moving UI tests (at least linting and unit tests) from
Fuel CI. But I think this should be done after moving Fuel UI to a separate
repo for simplicity.
