[openstack-dev] [Compass] Call for contributors

A big +1 from me, Weidong, for reaching out to the OpenStack community
and embracing it.
I look forward to seeing the Compass developer community *collaborating*
with OSAD, the OpenStack Chef community, and other projects, like Ironic.
