Open Stack

We need to start figuring out the schedule for summit sessions.
Dims has taken a look through the proposed topics and made some
recommendations, and I have expanded on that with a proposed breakdown
of sessions by room type (fishbowl and working).

Please give them a look, and leave comments.

Note that the order is not really important at this point, and we'll
need to decide on the actual schedule once we have all of the slots
filled.
