As of writing this, from a quick look at Tracy Jones' Nova bugs page[1]:

  - Total bug Count: 877

  - Bugs with no owner: 410

  - Bugs in "undecided" state: 145

  - Bugs in progress: 276
     - Bugs ready for review (fix proposed): 201 bugs
     - In progress, but all Abandoned: 7
     - In progress, but all Merged: 2

  - Bugs not updated in last one month: 116

  - Bugs that are never updated: 74
