Excellent idea to add to the standard travel tips for each summit. As a French resident, I've not been able to find a classic pay-as-you-go offering such as in Hong Kong.
In my area of France (pays-de-gex), the cheapest is Leclerc pay-as-you-go but I suspect that Paris has better offers.
SFR and Bouyeges are common providers but don't know for the < 1 month deals as to which is the best.
