Open Stack

Hi folks!

Since:

* The agenda contains no earth-shattering updates (ie. just going over
review progress)
* Nearly all the people working on Octavia are US-based
* The meeting is in the afternoon for most folks
* Wednesday is the day before a long holiday weekend and many employers
give their employees a half day off on this day

... we are cancelling Wednesday's Octavia meeting. See y'all again on Dec.
3rd at 20:00 UTC in #openstack-meeting-alt (and keep working on those
gerrit reviews!)
