Open Stack

Reminder that the L3 subteam meeting will be tomorrow at 1500 UTC.
Remember that daylight savings time may have ended since the last
meeting and the meeting will come an hour earlier.

I'd like to talk about the subjects discussed at the summit.
Specifically, we had design sessions about paying down technical debt
and IPAM.  We'll talk about those in addition to catching up with the
old projects.
