[openstack-dev] [devstack] keystone doesn't restart after ./unstack

Hi Dean,
I think that a lot of developers use devstack installed on a VM.
So the right WoW after perfroming ./unstack.sh is :

1)If you don't want that stack.sh overwrite your local configuration
set RECLONE=no
in local.conf

2)perform ./stack.sh

3)perform ./rejoin-stack.sh

Right?
