Could this poll be expanded with a wider range of times? I'm sure people will
be happy with some time after 17:00 UTC, but not midnight, for example.

I'm personally okay with the later time slot if it means some people can attend
who otherwise would not, but other commitments make that availability somewhat
sporadic.
