I'd like to attend (as a proxy for Itsuro Oda), too.

I'm wondering if the Neutron flavor framework could be used/enhanced
for QoS purposes.
The framework currently tries to deal with qualitative attributes
(eg. existence of specific features), QoS deals with quantitative
attributes (eg. bandwidth etc.).  IMO, handling of them aren't
entirely different.
