This is now fully operational. We don't have a review policy for
landings there yet - e.g. two cores vs all cores, or simple majority.
Given this is where things are conceptually agreed to, I'd like to
start with only PTL - me - doing final +A, and would like to talk with
the tripleo -cores and folk in the sessions in the summit about
constraints around scaling this out.
