Just wanted to note that if the EST refers to the Eastern Standard Time,
the conversion for this time zone (UTC-5) and some of the others are not
correct; for the EST time zone it should be UTC-4 which means a 1:00am EST
meeting time. I realize it is difficult to have a time slot that works for
everybody. Will be following this activity through the IRC logs and the ML.
