[openstack-dev] OpenStack vs. SQLA 0.9

Hi all,
I think it's actually not that hard to fix the errors we have when
using SQLAlchemy 0.9.x releases.
I uploaded two changes two Nova to fix unit tests:
- https://review.openstack.org/#/c/80431/ (this one should also fix
the Tempest test run error)
- https://review.openstack.org/#/c/80432/
