Feature freeze for Ironic is now in effect, and the icehouse-3
milestone-proposed branch has been created:

I have bumped to the next cycle any blueprints which were targeted to
Icehouse but not yet completed, and temporarily blocked code reviews
related to new features. I will unblock those reviews when Juno opens. The
following blueprints were affected:

Icehouse release candidates will be tagged near the end of March [*]. Until
then, I would like everyone to focus on CI by means of integration with
TripleO and devstack, and fixing bugs and improving stability. We should
not change either the REST or Driver APIs unless absolutely necessary. I am
targeting bugs which I believe are necessary for the Icehouse release to
the RC1 milestone; that list can be seen here:

If you believe a bug should be targeted to icehouse, please raise it with a
member of the core team in #openstack-ironic on irc.freenode.net. Code
reviews for non-RC-targeted bugs may be blocked, or the bug should be
targeted to the RC so we can track ongoing work.
