I don't see it as a huge problem. If a patch fails CI, I would expect
the submitter to investigate in less than a month, and even if they
don't, fresh new logs are just a recheck no bug away (we typically
discourage that, but I think "the old logs expired" would be a
legitimate reason to use it).
