Open Stack

Hi all,

I'm struggling a bit to get a test set up working for L2/L3 work (ml2/ovs).  I've been trying multi-host devstack (just controller node for now), and I must be missing something important because n-sch bombs out.  Single node devstack works fine, but it's not very useful for L2/L3.

Any suggestions, or maybe someone has some local.conf files they'd care to share?
