Also, from the log lines you posted it seems a snapshot failed to be 
built and went into ERROR state:

SnapshotBuildErrorException: Snapshot 
20d0f8ad-9b5b-49f4-a37e-34b762bd0ca7 failed to build and is in ERROR
status

Are you able to create a volume snapshot using the cinder cli?
