Hopefully the current iteration addresses the issues raised.

Hi Nova Cores,

I would like to ask for spec approval deadline exception for:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/95805/2

This feature allows using DPDK enabled Open vSwitch with Openstack.
This is an important feature for NFV workloads that require high performance network I/O.

If the spec is approved, implementation should be straight forward and should not disrupt any other work happening in Nova.
