I would like to request Juno spec freeze exception for the Multiple IPv6 Prefixes/Addresses per port blueprint:

This feature defines how multiple IPv6 prefixes and/or addresses per Neutron port should be supported in OpenStack, in a manner that is consistent with the nature of IPv6. Without this change, the IPv6 addresses shown as active on a port may not match what's actually in use on the port.

The dependencies for this feature have already been merged.

The following work items listed in the design spec are complete:
   - Port-create API handling changes
   - Port-update API handling changes
   - Subnet-delete API handling changes
And the following work items are yet to be done:
   - L3 agent changes (number addresses per gateway port)
   - Unit tests
   - Tempest tests
