Great ! Thanks for your support. Supporting physical hosts reservations
also means we need to "dedicate" hosts into Climate (ie. putting these
hosts into a specific aggregate, thanks to a dedicated Climate API). Even
if this dedications is admin-only, I think it would be nice to get the
events related to it in Ceilometer, so we could in the future plan to have
kind of Autoscaling thanks to Heat.
At least, having these hosts in Ceilometer is good for scalability purposes.

Well, that's a really good question. AFAIK, the "notifications' BP was
related to emails sending for being notified out of Openstack, but that's
something which needs to be discussed to see how we can leverage all those
Keystone/Marconi/Ceilometer concerns. See the etherpad Dina provided for
putting your comments on the notifications part, so we could discuss it on
a next weekly meeting.
