[openstack-dev] [Ironic] thoughts on the midcycle

I'm not a core but I'll most definitely show up to the SF bay area one
since it's close by for me. Elsewhere would be unlikely but since it's
nearby it would be very easy to just go to wherever it is in the area
and help out...
