This https://review.openstack.org/#/c/141152/ gets rid of the useless second return value from neutron client methods according to this spec: https://github.com/openstack/qa-specs/blob/master/specs/clients-return-one-value.rst. Because the client and test changes have to be in the same patch, this one is very large. So please let it merge before any other neutron stuff. Any neutron patches will require the simple change of removing the unused first return value from neutron client methods. Thanks! -David
