[openstack-dev] [Murano] Cannot find murano.conf

Hi,

looks like this is issues with the installation of Murano requirements with
the pip.

To fix them I suggest to do the following:


*pip install pip -Upip install setuptools -U*

and after this try to install Murano requirements again.
