[openstack-dev] [Third-party] Voting for new Third-party CI weekly IRC meeting time

So far it looks like we have centered around 2 options:
Option "A" 1200 and 2200 UTC
Option "D" 1500 and 0400 UTC
There is still time to pick your best time. Please vote at
