Folks, not only is today Spec Proposal Deadline (SPD), I also made it "clear out all old specs" day. I went in and abandoned all specs which were still out there against Juno. If your spec was abandoned and you were miraculously going to propose a new version today during SPD, please do so. Otherwise, I think this will clear up the review queue quite a bit. Thanks!
