Open Stack

Hi,

On Saturday, August 16 at 16:00 UTC Gerrit will be unavailable for
about 20 minutes while we rename some projects. Existing reviews,
project watches, etc, should all be carried over.

The current list of projects that we will rename is:

    openstack/marconi -> openstack/zaqar
    openstack/python-marconiclient -> openstack/python-zaqarclient
    openstack/marconi-specs -> openstack/zaqar-specs
    openstack/openstack-security-notes ->
openstack-attic/openstack-security-notes

Though that list is subject to change.
