Open Stack

I'm trying to deploy ironic with devstack. I'm following the instructions @ http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/dev/dev-quickstart.html#deploying-ironic-with-devstack. 


It is failing to start nova-scheduler and failing with below error.

Could someone help me in resolving this issue. I'm trying this on a baremetal server not on vm running ubuntu 12.03.
