[openstack-dev] Summit session for config validation and diagnostic

Oleg,

I'm very much interested in this. 
I believe that as this distributed environment becomes more and more 
complex, involving many different modules and teams it's becoming crucial 
to have some common view (and maybe framework) for diagnostics and problem 
resolution.
