Hi all,
I have added a few features to the hypervisor support matrix that are
related to volume functions.

1. iSCSI CHAP: Sets CHAP password on iSCSI connections
2. Fibre Channel: Use the FC protocol to attach volumes
3. Volume swap: Swap an attached volume with a different (unattached)
volume - data is copied over
4. Volume rate limiting: Rate limit the I/Os to a given volume

1+2 are not new (Grizzly or before), while 3+4 are new in Havana (Cinder
uses the former for live volume migration, and the latter for QoS/rate
limiting).

The purpose of this email is to notify hypervisor driver maintainers:
1. To update their entries
2. That these features exist and it would be great to have wide support

I know the libvirt driver supports them all, but maybe the maintainers
would like to update it themselves.
