Open Stack

Hi,

  I noticed that the swift integration is optionally enabled via a configuration property?  Is there a reason for not making it available as a base, feature of the cluster (i.e. simply allowing access to swift should it be required)?  What would be a scenario in which it would be beneficial to explicitly disable it?
