We support something like that (from oslo-incubator's logging code):

# list of logger=LEVEL pairs (list value)
#default_log_levels=amqplib=WARN,sqlalchemy=WARN,boto=WARN,suds=INFO,keystone=INFO,eventlet.wsgi.server=WARN
