For the record, there are only two other CLAs in place for OpenStack
source code contributions. One is the Corporate CLA which is in
addition to the Individual CLA you linked (the CCLA is signed by an
employer of a contributor, but the contributor still agrees to the
ICLA as well). The other is the United States Government CLA, which
I believe relies on works for the USG being released into the USA
Public Domain automatically (though I could be wrong on this
point--someone who is more familiar with it might correct me there).
There is also a System CLA you'll see linked in Gerrit, but that's
an implementation detail so we can get around our automation needing
to agree to something before being able to submit code reviews for
things like translations and requirements updates.
