That's a possible outcome of the second alternative I described above.
The separate add-on could apply to the incubation track and potentially
be made a part of the integrated release.

My rant was in answer to Vish's "adopt something more similar to the
linux model when dealing with subsystems" suggestion, where the
autonomous subsystem is still made part of "Nova" in the end, and
therefore carries nova-core's signature.
