Subject: [openstack-dev] [nova] Jekins failed for all nova submit due to library boto change method signature

Hi ALL,

Recently, Jekins build failed for all nova submit. This is due to boto changed method signature.
get_http_connection(host,is_secure)---> get_http_connection(host, port, is_secure)
see https://boto.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ref/boto.html#boto.connection.AWSAuthConnection.get_http_connection

I open a bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1237825, and I'm not boto expert but submit a temporary fix for this https://review.openstack.org/#/c/50873/
Hope this can be merged or others can help fix this urgent issue ASAP.
