Open Stack

The tenant isolation gates that have been failing so frequently seem to be passing all of a sudden.  I didn't see any merges that claimed to fix the issue, so maybe this is just a lull due to a lower volume of gate jobs.  If it was intentional, though, I would appreciate knowing which patch or patches resolved the problem.
