I'm tracking that with this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-ci/+bug/1234181 There are a lot of sys.exit(1) calls in the neutron code on stable/grizzly (and in master too for that matter) so I'm wondering if something is puking but the error doesn't get logged before the process exits.
