Howdy!
My guess is there is very much enough work to go around and it might be useful to jump on irc to discuss where u want to help out.
I have some ideas and I'm sure the cinder folks do also, did u just want to work with cinder? Glance I think also could be an interesting taskflow integration point, or nova (or...). So much todo :)
