I was at the summit, but wasn't at this.

I _think_ I grok a bit of why it's another service, sort of, but also
sort of don't, depending on what it is exactly that we're talking about.

Let me state things I think I understand:

- In addition to using containers like we use VMs, it's also possible to
use containers to just run specific processes. This is one of the the
things this service would help model.

- nova boot would still be the way you'd potentially get a container if
what you wanted was a 'full machine' like thing

Right ish?
