Hi Prasad:

We have seen the BP and review. The problem that we Neutron core are currently
looking at is something which was discussed at the Summit in Hong Kong last week:
The requirement of having Smokestack/Tempest tests for plugins. As a core team, we
haven't decided yet if new plugins will require these tests before being added to the
tree. All plugins will require these tests by Icehouse-2, so IMHO requiring new plugins
to have them before they are submitted makes sense. I suspect we will cover this next
week at the weekly Neutron IRC meeting, so stay tuned.
