Francois,

I'm trying to learn/understand the namespace stuff. With your example below, which commands are executed on moon and which on sun?

Also, I'm trying this with 4 VMs under VirtualBox. I'm fuzzy on how this ties in with the original example that they have for site-to-site example. Do I remove the IPs off the physical interfaces that I created? How do the virtual ethernets tie into the actual interfaces eth1 & eth2?

FYI: I have this on moon:

/etc/network/interfaces

Lastly, by removing the PIDs, does that just allow another instance to be started (with a different pid)?

I'm going to start looking at openswan, just to learn more about all this…
