Open Stack

Thanks to everyone who's jumping into the Ironic project!

tl;dr:

- There are lots of ideas about the API spec, and we all agree that we need
to hammer one out. Since code often talks best, Sean started that
discussion here:
   https://review.openstack.org/#/c/29813/
-  All the "essential" and "high" BPs have been assigned, though some might
get split into more manageable chunks as folks dig in. Thanks, Chris and
Lucas and Ghe!
- Range operations are interesting, but IMHO, a premature optimization at
this point, and should be done at a higher level. Ironic should not contain
orchestration or scheduling logic, but should interface with those services
(eg, Nova, Heat, task manager, and so on).
